Offering a transaction-based curriculum, our real estate programs provide degree candidates in-depth understanding of commercial real estate law and practice by evaluating cutting-edge legal issues through a transactional approach to practice. Graduate real estate law courses are taught by recognized experts in areas of commercial real estate.

LLM in Real Estate Law

Our LLM in Real Estate Law, developed with input from our Real Estate Law Advisory Board and the faculty, offers a transactional approach to legal education by using real-life situations and material in the classroom. Our courses are taught by full-time professors, who are recognized experts in areas of commercial real estate law, and practicing adjunct faculty who offer degree candidates the unique opportunity to learn about real estate law in the context of the real estate industry and to learn to understand the business objectives and concerns of real estate clients.

MJ in Real Estate Law

Our MJ in Real Estate Law, builds on students’ knowledge of the real estate industry, offering them the ability to understand the context in which real estate transactions are done and to assess the risks in those transactions. Courses are taught by full-time professors, who are recognized experts in areas of commercial real estate law, and practicing adjunct faculty who offer degree candidates the unique opportunity to learn about real estate law in the context of the real estate industry. Degree candidates will graduate equipped with the skills needed to assess and evaluate risks and to be able to ask the right questions to quickly cut to the heart of their clients concerns.
