William McGrath, of Davis McGrath LLC, is the associate director of John Marshall’s Center for Intellectual Property Law. He is a past president of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago; a former chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Patent, Trademark and Copyright Committee; and has more than 30 years of experience practicing intellectual property law. 7mcgrath@jmls.edu
